please be specific.
what you have to do, how to do it, limits etc.
please say when contest ends.
please make it a maximum of 20 people alloud per contest to avoid having to wait.
if you submission to any contest is going to be late, dump it. the contest WILL close.

If you follow thses rules your contest will not be failed, and hopefully accepted.
